SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Charges:
Continental United States
Under $1.00 - $50.00 $7.95 shipping cahrge
$51.00 and over Free USPS ground shipping within Continental United
States.
We normally ship via the US Postal Service, for orders within the
continental United States and Canada. Products that are in stock
will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Since our
products are handcrafted in Ireland, or Scotland, and other Celtic
Nations lead time on some products can range from 2-8 weeks if we
are out of stock or if it is special order, we will notify you of
any delivery time when you place your order (please include your
phone number and/or email.) Standard ground delivery time averages
4-7 business days. We do not process your Credit Card until we
ship your order.
Outside of Continental United States and International
Orders:
Shipping outside the Continental United States and all International shipping is
charged at cost. Customer is responsible for any customs duty on
International Orders. We will confirm actual shipping costs and
insurance by email before your order ships. Restrictions may apply
on certain products.
Expedited Delivery:
Overnight and Rush deliveries are available on most items when
paid for by credit card. For Rush delivery (within 2-3 business
days), you will be charged at cost, with a minimum charge of $12,
regardless of order value. For Overnight delivery, the shipping
charge is $25 minimum, regardless of order value (please place
your order before 2 p.m. EST Monday-Thursday.) Please call (252)

confirm the availability of Rush or Overnight services and rates.
Items that are special-ordered or out of stock cannot be Rushed or
shipped Overnight.

EXCHANGES
Cara Magnus Celtic is committed to providing a personal service to
each customer and ensuring complete satisfaction with your choice.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund of the
merchandise price. After 60 days, returns will not be accepted and
cannot be processed.
Special orders, personalized items, food products, and opened
shrink-wrapped items are not refundable. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
When you return an item, please be sure it is in new condition and
include a copy of your invoice in the box. Please be sure to
insure the item for its full value.
