Sheila’s inspiration comes from the history and natural beauty of the Orkney Islands. Her jewelry is produced in a small workshop in Tankerness.
Each design carries Sheila’s origination makers punch mark, SD (Sheila Dearness being her maiden name). All pieces of jewelry that are required to have a hallmark are independently marked for fineness and are assayed at Edinburgh Assay Office.
We special order most Sheila Fleet jewelry so please allow 4 weeks for your piece to be delivered. We confirm with the workshop when they are able to produce and ship to us. We will provide you a timeframe for shipment by email. In special cases, sometimes pieces are in stock and we can obtain them faster. Please note on the checkout page if you are ordering for a special occasion with time constraints and we’ll do our best but we cannot always guarantee we are able to obtain items faster than 4 weeks.
